We are here to provide our customers with an opportunity to shop the best pieces from some of the best designers, across a range of both brand new and pre-loved quality fashion and lifestyle items.

Whilst we love and appreciate quality made luxury items, we also support the idea of a functional wardrobe and lessening the impact of wastage on our planet and our pockets, through services such as Consignment and Luxury Goods Refurbishment (*coming soon).

Our mission is to provide you with exceptional customer service and the attention you deserve, as well as a sense of value throughout your experience with us.

Terms & Conditions

Please take a few minutes to read our legal terms and conditions. These apply to your use of this website and all dealings with us including services or products you order from us. Here, you will also find information on how seriously we take the treatment of your privacy.

Returns 

VFCA provides our customers with a convenient 7 day returns policy. (From the date your items are described as delivered). This applies to items listed as both New or Pre-loved. A return must be requested within this time frame and items must be received back to us within 14 days of purchase. 

Items received after 14 days, or with the VFCA security tags missing or removed can not be returned. Those items may be eligible for consignment or will be returned back to the customer.

Full priced, non-discounted merchandise that is deemed eligible for a return will be refunded to the purchasers credit card.

DISCOUNTED AND PRE-ORDERED ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

To request a return please email: customerservice@vfca.com.au  for a VFCA Return Number (VFCARN). Please state your order number and item to be returned in the email. Please post your item back to us, with the VFCARN written clearly on your package. We can not accept returns without a VFCARN.

Please note, return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items not eligible for returns, credit notes or refunds:

  • Beauty and lifestyle items (these will be listed in the Lifestyle category or the VFCA website)
  • Items listed at 40% off or greater
  • Items listed as Final Sale

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and voided after the expiration date. Items purchased with Store Credit are deemed Final Sale.

Refunds

Once your return has been received we will notify you by email. Please allow up to five business days for the refund to be processed, (to allow for re-authentication if applicable) and administration. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to five to seven business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers.

Pre-Order

You may take advantage of our pre-order system by reserving your items before they arrive in store. Simply check out as usual. Items will be dispatched for you as soon as they arrive at VFCA HQs.

We are able to estimate an arrival time frame, however we can not absolutely guarantee this date as this entirely relies on manufacturer delivery.  

Use of the VFCA Website

By using the website (‘Site’) www.vfca.com.au you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding contract between you and VFCA.

ACKNOWELDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By using this website, you acknowledge that “we” and “us” mean VFCA (ABN). You also acknowledge that these ‘Terms and Conditions’ together with your order, constitute a binding contract between you and VFCA.

By accessing this website and / or placing an order whether through the Site or any other means, you indicate that you have had sufficient opportunity to read, understand, accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Supply of Products and / or Services 

VFCA accepts pre-loved luxury and designer fashion, handbags, shoes and accessory items on consignment. We then sell these items on behalf of a Consignee. At no point do we become the owner of a consigned item. Upon consignment, our Consignee supplies us with general description of each item. We make every effort to ensure the display and description of each item is as accurate as possible. We take great care in the provision of the information we display on our website. We quality check the products prior to listing them for sale, and again prior to delivery to ensure you receive your order correctly.

If you are under the age of 18, do not place an order with VFCA. Should VFCA suffer any damages or loss as a result of such a transaction entered into by a minor, VFCA reserves the right to seek compensation from the parent or guardian of the minor who entered into the binding contract with VFCA.

Authenticity of Pre-owned / Consigned Items

VFCA has a thorough process for authenticating pre-loved and pre-owned brands. We firmly stand against the counterfeit industry and report all suspected  In the instance an item is found to be in-authentic, we offer a purchase-price money back guarantee.

By accessing this Site you acknowledge that the ‘Authentication Process’ is independent. The Brands themselves are not affiliated in anyway with VFCA or with the ‘pre-loved’ or ‘pre-owned’ items that are subsequently consigned and then listed for sale on this Site. However, VFCA fully cooperates with brands seeking to track down the source of counterfeit items, which includes revealing the contact information of consignors submitting counterfeit goods.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that VFCA and it’s affiliates, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable to you for any direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill use, data or other intangible losses (even if VFCA has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from use of the Site, content or any related service.

Indemnity

VFCA is not liable for any delay in performing any of it’s obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of VFCA. You will indemnify and hold harmless VFCA from and against all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses and other damages of any kind whatsoever (including any legal fess).

Other

VFCA reserves the right to change the aforementioned ‘Terms and Conditions’ at any time. Nothing in these 'Terms and Conditions' excludes the application of consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law”.
